Extreme Couponing
Though I enjoy the saving accomplished by some of the people who go though extremes to catch a deal, I feel extreme couponing will be the the end of couponing. Seriously people use what you have FIRST then go back for the things you NEED. I understand you can save in numbers but think about how much you are wasting. A family of 2 does not need 200 boxes of pasta or 50 packs of toilet paper! Flipping greedy Americans! Stop stocking your basements, linen closets, and children's rooms with stuff you cannot possibly use in 3 lifetimes! Now if you have a family of 6 and you are actually going to use the stuff that's a different story, of course. However, from what I've seen and heard these "extreme couponers" are pretty much hoarders of food and household items. The only thing that makes them different from the disgusting people on the show "Hoarders" is that they are organized...that's it. You are still collecting a house full of crap you don't need! Not only that, but extreme couponers are going to ruin it for the regular couponers! Eventually stores are going to tire of giving people $1000 worth of groceries for $2.00. Next thing we know, signs are going to be going up saying "we don't take coupons." Now what is that going to do to people who are out there trying to save money without taking advantage of the system? Those trying to save money on the things they NEED. Think about it. Americans so quick to ask for everything as apposed to working for something. Then, when given a little take it all. Ridiculous.
